I had been using FitDay for a while, but I started seeing that
service's limitations very quickly. I just found this great tool on
nutrition.gov.

It's got a more expansive list of foods, and activities. I haven't
figured out if you can add foods like you can in Fitday, but I already
like it more.

The IHEI program is based on the Healthy Eating Index developed by the
U.S. Department of Agriculture's Center for Nutrition Policy and
Promotion. The Healthy Eating Index measures how well the American diet
complies with the recommendations of the Dietary Guidelines for
Americans and The Food Guide Pyramid.
No thanks. It's a concession to grain farmers.
