3:00PM (tasting): two small bites of skinless roasted chicken
4:00PM (while cooking): some fingerfuls of cereal

homemade pizza dough, lots of veggies (fresh shiitake, zucchini,
broccoli, carmelized onions, kalamata olives, roma tomatoes, and only a
small amount of tomato paste and probably a TSP of parmesan cheese for
the base)...I have no idea what the calories were for this pizza, but
there was hardly any fat used to prepare this pizza.

The pizza looks great! It doesn't look like you ate much; did you feel
hungry at all?

Thanks! I got a little hungry by the time 10PM came around, and to
satiate my hunger I had some salad with a few pieces of chicken.
Probably below 100 calories.
