I am a 55 year old male who is supposed to be taking a multivitamin with
iron daily.  The catch is that I am a big wimp and cannot stand these horse
pills.  Can anyone recommend a small pill or something chewable that doesn't
taste too bad?

Thanks in advance... Bob

Yes.  Eat your fruit and veg, plus legumes, plus low-fat
meat, plus whole grains.  Some supplements don't work as
well as getting nutrients from food: examples are
anti-oxidants and fiber.  Who put you on this pill?

This pill??  I have had gastric bypass surgery so I need to supplement what
I get from foods as my absorbtion rate is different than normal.

Have you checked out some of the kids chewable vitamins?   I'm not sure if
they would have what you need but I can tell you the Flintsone chewables
taste fine<g>

I found a chewable adult one.  We'll see how it goes.

What brand?  I sometimes have a problem swallowing pills and this might be
a good one for me, too.

Most chewable multivitamins are designed for kids, so the potency is
usually rather low for an adult. However, there are a couple of
chewable multivitamins designed for adults:

Country Life: Adult Chewable Multi.
Labrada: Kwik Vites is a peach flavored liquid.

Perhaps the best option is All One powdered multivitamins. They have a
number of formulations for adults. You can find all this stuff on our
Multivitamin Comparison page:
