hi everyone!

some of you might still remember me, it's been quite a while since i
used to post here ... i should actually be back, as i've gained back
quite a bunch of weight, but right now other stuff just takes
precedence (i know, bad excuse), like tons of work. feels good,
actually; i know that the time will come where i'll be ready to focus
on my weight again. i do work out and stuff, i just like eating junk
food too much. ;-)

right now i'm in tokyo setting up an exhibition of student design works
from my school, and that's why i'm butting in:
i'm coming back to ask for your input.
for this design exhibition project, i am looking for "process pictures"
of people who have changed their appearance over the years, for
instance lost (or gained) weight, or just plain aged, and would like to
share their journey!

the most important thing, apart from nice quality of the pictures,
would be that they should all be taken from approximately the same
angle so that the individual pics could be smoothly connected (by
morphing or fading from one pic to the next).

i know some people on this group have impressive collection of
before/after pics, which is why i figured i'd ask.
i'd be very happy to find a few people willing to share their journey.
please contact me by email for more details (best is
altairas_eye@mac.com).

cheers,
nina

Hi nina!  I don't have any pics for you but just wanted to say it's nice
hearing from you again.  Your project sounds like fun.

An amazing transformation!  I also really like that 'Igy' didn't
really follow any formal 'plan' but rather just did what he found
works for him (probably through a bit of experimentation, and judging
results?)

Good stuff!

Thank you. On the one hand, I did not follow any formal plan, on
another hand, I did not make a huge discovery when I started "eating
less and exercising". As weight loss programs go, mine was quite
conventional, as it turned out. I did change to low carb after some
time on maintenance, though, to be less hungry.

Hi nina with the little "n"...   Glad to see a post from you.   Sorry, I
don't have any good sites with progression pictures.  The best I know of
are the commercial sites like body for life.  But also there was the Kat
website "the weigh we were" which I believe is not commercial, was just
something she put together (although she is/was a tv personality).  You may
find something there - or at least contact with people who have put their
info up there.

Good luck - and glad to see you are still in school and working towards the
art degree.   Hope all else is well too.   I do remember you well.

Can I piggyback, as I accidentally deleted the original post.  I
remember you too nina ("lower case nina") as I used to think of you.
I can't help with your research, but glad to know things are going
well for you.

Hi nina -- good to see you again.  I don't think my pics meet your
criteria -- either with respect to similar position or picture
quality, but here they are in case you want them:

I can see a big change in belly fat in your last underwear picture,
compared to the previous underwear picture. Overall, a big
transformation, great job.
