I reached normal weight around Sep 10, 2003. Today marks 1.5 years
since that day. These days, I am somewhat more hopeful that I can
maintain this weight for some time. Amusingly, I weighed at 173.6
today, and a year ago I was 173.8 lbs (the number in my sig is the
average of last 7 recorded weights). I would prefer to be 172 rather
than 173, though. I added a picture on my weight loss page, it is a
recent picture of mine with a used compressor that I bought. It was
not made specifically for the weight loss page, hence the compressor.

Thank you. Getting a web page should not be very difficult.
I can set up a wiki with a blog feature, on my site, if you want to,
so that you can post your progress and edit it etc.

You must have dropped a bunch of waist sizes. I went from a 44 to a loose
fitting 34. I can probably do a 32 without much effort. How about you Ig?
My diet has currently lasted 13 months. South Beach.

Congrats!!! That's an impressive accomplishment.
I went from size 38 to relatively snugly fitting size 32 (which is
what I am wearing right now).

Thanks. I like the idea of a photo diary also. I do feel much better
(or, in other words, I felt rather bad when I was obese).

Good job Igor. I'm glad you seem less skeptical at your ability to keep it
up. Enjoy it.

I do not normally count calories, but I did it a couple of times, it
was approximately 2,500 calories.
> and how low was your calories when u was losing??
Approximately 1900.

About 10-20 or so, I do not remember exactly.
