Loss this week:  2lbs
Total loss:  10lbs
Change in BF% down 1% point.
Total fat loss to date:  8lbs
total lbm loss to date:  2lbs

Inches lost:
this week:  4"   Total:  18.5"
Biggest changes were chest measurement down 1.5", waist and upper/lower
hips each down another .5"

I'm definately seeing the pants fit better too.

I was feeling a bit complacent yesterday, but feel better today after
seeing these results.  Things have slowed down to a nice even pace,
although I did enjoy the scale and measurement movement of the first couple
weeks.  I wish that momentum could keep up, but I know that isn't healthy
in the long run, like the current 2lb per week is.

Hey - I gained it at a rate of about a 1lb per week, so losing at 2lbs per
week should get me to goal in 1/2 the time it took me to gain it.

I was humming Madonna's "Get into the groove" this morning.  That's my
current theme song.  :)
