Anyone have any opinions of Taking Off Pounds Sensibly?

I'm a newly elected co-leader of a group, and I'm always looking for
ways to make the group better.

I just went to my first TOPS meeting today! Negatives - disorganized,
discussion not on topic. Positives - very welcoming and open. That was
just one meeting though. There are others in my area to choose from that I
will try out. HTH.

My TOPS group rewards the best losers with food. This seems
counterproductive to me.

The membership is ancient. They need to use advertising to find new blood.
