After ditching the Low Carb way I'm certain  that I NEED to get back
now!  I got the cravings back PRONTO! and it started after I decided to
just eat lke "NORMAL" and only cut back on food. Well, it is so bad as
my jeans are TIGHTER and my moods are terrible! I was staying away from
most sugars. I'm stating tomarrow with a low carb breakfast !!! I hate
the way that I'm feeling while not eting a LOT OF CARBS but too many for
me. I think that Doug is quite right with eating very little carbs and
not low fat. I have not really wanted to go Atkins way but I DO need to
get the carbs OUT !!!

It is time for me to BEGIN AGAIN! AGAIN!! It's TIME to get my act
together.
So many here are doing well. You   guys give me strength.

Gloria,
Why not go on a low calorie balanced diet for a few days just to get
back in the groove and unload some water retention and then fine tune a
low carb plan for yourself starting with Atkins Induction. Your stomach
will already feel 'shrunk" but the cutback won't initially be as
extreme as Induction.

Don't panic as you have bounced back before and know you will have to
contend with these ups and downs forever.

Hey glo,

Do what works best for you, glo. Have you been able to keep moving? I
recently read an article about how people who have MS really benefit
from exercising, even when the symptoms flare. And does your WOE effect
your symptoms? Just curious if one ties into the other...

Good luck, glo. Maybe if we got some warmer weather it would help us
all...30 degree days in March just doesn't cut it.

Amy, you asked about exercise wit me and YES I feel better when I keep
moving. This is why I NEED to keep my job:) although it is just three
days each week it keeps me going. I get extrememly tired plus I'm
walking like a drunken sailor now. I need to use a shopping cart to walk
at the store (where   work) and I use the wheel chair at the Pyramid
mall in Ithaca. It is "hard work" getting much exercise these days but I
won't give up ! NEVER!
I pledged to climb my stairway three times a day :) and I CAN do this!
This is great for me !
We have oodles of snow at my home! I can't get outside yet. I fall very
easily this winter which doesn't help ! Never broke anything YET  after
falling at least 6 times on ice & snow.Just bruises:) :(
I'm pretty tough  LOL !

You have much less snow in Ithaca !!
No fair!  LOL
Good to hear from you, nieghbor !!!

i stay pretty low carb in my everyday living, and love it.
BUT......................i eat at least 1-2 servings of fruit daily,
and popcorn at least once weekly.
this in my WOE for life......................that requires that i
work in those items that i find CARB ACCEPTABLE.

Rosie, I agree that being Low Carb FEELS great! I just want to stay with
my WOE/WOL as I'm NEVER better. I mean that I feel like this whole
person since getting back. I have better moods! PLUS my scale keeps
showing this WONDERFUL change DOWN WARDS:)
The pop corn is something I WANTED to add back and I guess that I WILL
do this soon. Do you eat the light butter or regular? I LOVE the new
kettle corn. I wasn't sure which one is safe or that won't be a trigger
food. I like taking it when I go to the races (my son races) this
summer. I like to put the gag into the miro wave just before we leave.
LOVE pop corn!!

You go girl!  Thanks for posting, it made me aware that I need to watch what
