My wife and I needed to lose some weight and in 3 months time I have lost 25
lbs and 1 full pants size and she has lost 17 lbs and 1 full dress size.  If
you don't have the time to count points and need real results, this is where
you can get them. www.goslimandhealthy.com.

I am confused. When I lost weight, I lost 45 lbs and 6 pants sizes. I
did not have a particularly big belly to begin with, so, with pretty
much any other body shape the pants size woul drop even more.

You say that you lost 25 lbs and only one pants size. If you were
losing pants sizes at the same rate, you would lose over 3 pants
sizes, not 1 as you indicated.

That makes me suspect that you are lying. (duh)

Leafing through alt.support.diet, I read a message from

Maybe the OP had really fat arms.

On the bottom left corner of that page is this:

I guess that email address says it all.

As far as the pants size issue, I was a 36 and I am now a 34 waist.  Every
person loses weight in different areas of their body.  We all carry our
weight differently.  I have lost a total of 12 inches all over my body and I
feel fantastic.  All I am doing is sharing my story.
