* 9:15: 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices melted
f/f cheese & 5g grated parmesan
* 12:45: turkey burger on whole wheat English muffin w/ 2 slices f/f
cheese, dill pickle slices, and catsup
* 1:30: snack-size peanut butter cup
* 6:00: apple
* 7:15: beef stew w/ 134g lean rump roast & 1 cup assorted veggies
(peas, lima beans, cauliflower, onion); 3 oz. wine
* 10:00: energy bar
Totals: 1457 calories (64 from alcohol), 44g fat (27%), 123g carbs
(34%), 128g protein (35%)
Averages for the week: 1566 calories, 29% fat, 36% carbs, 31% protein
Exercise: Not a bit.

Rereading this, I realize it's confusingly worded. The day I stayed
home all day -- and for which I posted the data -- is yesterday.
