15 pushups per minutes is awfully slow. Doing pushups for a minute
"real fast" would mean that you can do a lot of pushups at once.

really I don't know how anyone can tell. Proper form also comes in to
play and if you go too fast, you may be breaking form just slightly or
relying on momentum. Just remember that you are doing yourself a lot
of good by doing push-ups no matter how many calories it burns. Like
Det said, if they get too easy consider using weights and dropping the
reps. Also try some variety like elevating your legs or using your
knuckles.
