Hello. It looks like there are a few that could be good: Body for life
companion, Diet and Exercise Assistant, Fitness Plus, etc. Does anyone have
any advice or experience using any of this type of program to help us eat
right and track gym visits? Thanks in advance..Sven

I use Diet and Exercise Assistant. I like it because of the PDA and desktop
options that synch together. Does all I need with the one exception,
inevitably, that the food database is very American oriented and while you
can add new foods, it does kind of defeat the object somewhat! But
basically, it's pretty cheap and does the job.

I use BalanceLog (healthetech.com). It's pretty decent. It has a
Windows desktop version that you can sync to your Palm version. The
hotsync conduit seems to be very poorly written but it works. I'm
getting a Mac this summer and I will end up using the PDA version only
after that but that is fine because I only use a few reports on the PC
version -- I use the Palm side 99+% of the time. I think that it could
be a better program but it's worked for me for over two years and I have
a lot of data in it.
I do enjoy seeing what others are using. Thanks for starting this thread!
