hello gals,

i am wondering how your eating or exercising habits change right before
(or even during) your menstrual cycle. i noticed that i was ravenous
about a week prior to my cycle and was not hungry much just a few days
before. any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I tend to have an increased appetite during my PMS week and very little
appetite afterward.  Exercise or motivation to exercise is not affected in
any way.

As a general rule, The week before my MC I want a lot of comfort type
foods, especially chocolate.  I'm usually very tired and achy, which
makes exercising a mental challenge, as well as, physical.  I usually
feel better if I go ahead and exercise.  Mostly, I want to eat and
sleep.
