Stupid me , as I kind of got busy yesterday so I didn't eat right ALL
DAY LONG. As a result I got extremely OVER HUNGRY sooooo guess what I
did next? I ATE and I ATE!! I think I NEARLY ate my kitchen sink with NO
RESTRAINT I kept eating until I FELT VERY FULL ! I almost bursted my
buttons HEEHEE  but NOT so funny as I LOOK at my mistake!!! I THINK it
was Jay Jay? who warned me to NOT TO GET TOOO hungry !! So I DIDN'T
remember ? I was so caugh-up at my job! It was extremely busy at the
store & I'm a food sample person:) and I did lots of cannolis (filled
them , cut them in three and passed them out & SOLD a ton:) and I NEVER
ate them Well just a TEENY TINY taste:) but I STOPPED with a little. I
did tons of book work as I filled in for our team leader who was away. I
guess I'm TRYING to give excuses here:) for the "binge" but I'm putting
it ALLL down in my journal !!!!!!!!! We MUST NEVER GET SOOO HUNGRY!!
I'm back to my WOL/WOE but maybe a bit OFF KEY as I'm going to dinner at
my son's resturant :) I PLAN to have turkey  with BOTH sides veggies:)

Happy EASTER :)

He is risen,

Hi Glo,

I used to not eat all day and then binge when I got home at night.  Now I
make sure I get my meals in because it's important to my health and my
weightloss.  I make it a priority.  I know sometimes its hard when you are
at work and you are so busy it's hard to even find time to use the bathroom!
But I believe that keeping a relatively normal schedule is key to my weight
loss.  I try to make sure I have something with me like fruit or a granola
bar to snack on if I don't have enough time to have a full meal.

At least you are owning up to your binge and putting it in your journal.
Now you can dust the crumbs off and get back with your WOE.

I have nothing to contribute to rbm. I am just a pain in the a.s. I
really need help with dieting though.  I really do.  C'mon let me in
with a great big welcome. I ride a bike, I am hardly a cyclist. I ride
a bike. I need to get my fat body in shape for summer. I need to lose
20 lbs by next week. ;-)

Grazie il mio amico!!!  I certainly know alot about dieting. I have
been doing it for ALOT of years.  I've been up, down, over and
out...and I know one thing.  DIETING IS NOT EASY.

You'll find many in the group who have been very successful in losing
and maintaining a weight loss.  One of the main reasons is they know
it's not a diet but a change in lifestyle.  They're referred to as WOE
(way of eating) and WOL (way of life).

I know from the other group you've added exercise recently but what
have you changed in your diet?

We don't care about the technical side of cycling here.  We don't even
care what type of bike you ride just as long as you ride it<g>  Those
fellows on rbm are okay but I don't like arguing about bike lanes,
riding in the door zone, which color shorts you should wear, etc<G>
Every woman knows you buy black shorts because they go with just about
any color top!

Hi Beverly, Wow, a familiar poster.  I think I will have more to
contribute in the dieting arena.  I've been on every diet invented. I
guess dieting and riding a bike are two things that DO overlap.  I'm
biking to lose weight and exercise.  I have a tendency of annoying the
avid cyclists. As you know. ;-)   Many are supportive, but I know I
annoy many.  I hope I don't become annoying in here. I can actually
stay OT in a dieting newsgroup. I live my life dieting.
All good things,
Maggie

I always enjoyed your posts.  You really livened up the place.  Those
fellows can be too serious about their biking and need to "take a chill
pill" as my granddaughters would say.  I think they forget that some of
us ride just because we enjoy it.
