Like dogs I love to chew chicken bones. Would someone tell me what
nutritional values there are in them? Calcium? And in which quantity?
What are the methods to cook them if cooked by themselves? I don't
want to fry them, though. I put them in the oven for 80 minutes but
the inside was somewhat burned. Thanks.

Calcium and phosphorus would be the two things that come to mind.

My son also likes to chew on bones for some reason.

One way to cook them would be to put the bones in a crockpot for a
whole day (24+ hours), then remove the remainder of bones, and
refrigerate. It becomes sort of like jelly. At the end, you can add
pieces of garlic, lemon juice, some meat etc for taste.

Dogs should only be given raw chicken bones.
