This journal stuff must really work. I think I am going to try to keep
a journal of what I eat. So far I have had 4 cups of coffee and one
green tea. There are cashews in my desk, and they are looking good.
All good things,
Maggie....8:25 a.m. and at work.

Well, it works well for me. I find that I can't really rely on my
appetite to decide how much is enough to eat -- I can still eat quite
a bit when I want to -- so it works better for me to track it. And
tracking my exercise motivates me to improve my lifts, speeds, or
whatever.

Many in the group use www.fitday.com to track food and exercise. It's
free but you need to register. They also have a pc version available
for around $20 that many of us use. I have the pc version but often
miss being able to post my food when I'm away from home.

That website is awesome. Thanks alot. I just registered. It is great
because I can enter all the info in it while at work. I eat alot at
work. We have a great breakroom. ;-)
All good things,
