I just mix with a spoon until it is well blended.

Yep tastes pretty good. Came out at 102 calories for me. I couldn't find
completely sugar free yoghurt but did the best I could. Also has 40% of
calories coming from protein which I love too.
Finding low cal food is becoming my healthy obession. The way I see it I
only get a certain number of calories a day to spend, atm that number for me
is 1900. So the more low cal food I find that I can enjoy the more volume I
can eat, and the more likely I'll stay satisfied with my 1900.
Thx

Or this smoothie.
Frozen banana chunks
Frozen cherries
Almond extract to taste
Vanilla extract to taste
Use nonfat plain yogurt, or just lots of banana chunks for a very thick
consistency. Add skim milk to thicken. This isn't really a dessert but
it could be-- I just made one to go with my lunch today and the combo
of cherries and almond was awesome.
Another smoothie that's more of a dessert (they sell it at a place
downtown and I really want to try it) is like a 'peanut butter cup,'
where you add some peanut butter to your banana/yogurt base and then
some carob chips (or chocolate chips, whatever, sweetened or
unsweetened) and blend. I suppose you could also use unsweetened cocoa
powder. It sounds awesome.
