Today is my 19th birthday and I'm off to an indian restaurant tonight to
celebrate :)

Can anyone recommend what I should avoid and what would be best to have?

Thanks :)

It all depends on how many calories you save up for this event. To me
portion control is what I use to help with the more fattening foods. Take
home a doggie bag for later.

Happy birthday, Rachel!  You'll have already had your dinner by now,
but there was a thread on this topic just a few days ago, if you want
to look back at it.

I'll be 57 this Saturday -- exactly three times your age :-).

Cool!  For the record, I just read in some magazine that it's Kirsten
Dunst's birthday too.

Although I am primarily a lurker, I must say, at 52, I am always
inspired by Chris's posts. Thank you.
