The Bosu Ball is finally out of the box!

I finally dragged the box in from the garage and opened it tonight.  I can
see this is going to be fun once I get the hang of it.  I only skimmed
through the book and tried a couple of each illustrated exercises.  It's a
lot tougher than it looks and I think it's going to provide some great
workouts.    Hopefully I'll have time later this week to view the video and
try one of their workouts.  I was late getting home tonight due to an
accident on the interstate that turned my 40 minute commute into 1.5 hours.
I've seen a few workout tapes for bosu balls on the internet but think I'll
wait until I've mastered the basics before ordering one.

Cool!  I really enjoy using it at the gym -- did a few exercises with
it today.

Sounds fun Beverly.  I just did a google and looked at some pics.  Let
us know how you get on, it looks interesting.
