I've been doing my "tough love" workout routine for three weeks now.
"Tough love" for me means 3 very hard workouts a week where I get my
pulse to near its maximum for 30 plus minutes - like running uphill.
Haven't lost any weight, however I am getting fitter.  I'm now able to
go for 40 minutes at a high pulse rate.  I'm also getting a bit
stronger lifting weights - my first improvement in years.

how much weight have you lost since you started 6 small meals/day?

I am very impressed with your hard workouts. Are you sure that it is
safe for you to go at the maximum pulse rate?

Getting fitter is what it's all about.  Just be careful pushing yourself to
the max.
