I started back at the gym on Tuesday and did half the weights etc. that I
did before the accident and today I am sore. I am going to give it a rest
today and hope that the soreness goes away tomorrow. The treadmill was no
easier either, but I do know it will get better. Too all who's first
experience with exercise is hard, hang in there it will get easier with
time.

Hang it there, Roxan.  Maybe some gentle stretching would help the aching
muscles.

I hear you. I tried the rowing machine for the first time tonight at my gym
(no climbing tonight, just weights & cardio stuff, tomorrow is climbing
night), and I could only do it for 5 minutes. It was really hard, but I like
it.

Water, stretching and a hot bath would help with the soreness....

Thanks, I feel much better today. I will head back tomorrow and hopefully I
will not get as sore.

I did some lifting last night at the gym and was going to do some climbing

sore!
