What is the deal with drinking so much water. I'm a real mountain
dew-aholic. I drink about two liters of it a day, and only get water
from
the melted ice (seriously). How can water help me to lose weight? The
soda
is probably 99% water itself, so what's the difference?

Funny, isn't it?

What's funny is that you used to be proud of the fact that you were
drinking 6 gallons of water per day. Check this link if you've
forgotten
