The whole website is quite interesting and shocked me when I read it.

Another interesting one, worth thinking about seriously, is

       http://www.thincs.org/ The cholesterol Skeptics' network.

I am relatively open minded to the possibility that these people are
wrong, but so far, it seems more likely to me that they are in fact
right.

For example, I eat mostly meat of various kinds, with the dreaded
saturated fat and all, and my cholesterol rose only by 10 points since
I started that 10 months ago.

One thing to note though, in reference to them mentioning pesticides
used on fruits and vegetables, is that farm animals are also fed some
quite scary things, which westonaprice.com neglects to mention. For
instance, cows are fed chicken manure and bedding as ingredient to
their feeds. And that's a relatively benign example.

The animal protein at Whole Foods is not fed such things and is free of
hormones and anti biotic as well.
