I read all the time that fructose causes high triglycerides. Is this
only in the case of processed fructose (such as crystalline fructose or
high fructose corn syrup), or all fructose, including that from fruit?
I have a bad habit of eating between 500-1000 grams of
naturally-occuring fructose from fruit on a daily basis and am very
concerned about this. I don't have a weight issue from that though ...

Andrew, will you quit already and find yourself something useful to do.
If you were eating 1000 grams of fructose a day, that would translate
to 4000 calories.
And get off blethering about soda. You keep going on about it and in
the next breath talk about all the Mountain Dew you are sucking back.

No no ... I don't drink soda. I was talking about the naturally
occuring fructose in fruit. Does that cause high Triglycerides? My
triglycerides are borderline high.
