New meal for me (eating out) - 3 fiber rye crispbreads with one
tablespoon of olive oil (200 calories.) At the restaurant - one
Guinness (dark beer) 200 calories.  Moderate drinking prevent heart
disease and diabetes, lowers inflamation, and can reduce BP slightly.
Of course, more than two drinks a day is unhealthy.

They make light beers with as little as 95 calories for 12 ounces.... Miller
light has 96 calories and 3.2 grams of carbs!  I agree on the drinking, as
long as it is kept under control.  However, I would prefer a nice glass of
red wine instead of beer.
