My wife saw this on the the Food Network: http://tinyurl.com/8ejwb
My kids made it for father's day dinner. I liked it. It was sort of
like spicey Mexican lasagna. It was rather spicey, but that's what I
like.

Any other good recipes from this show?

Watch the show, it's a good one. I like about half of the shows on the
Food Network, this is one of the better ones.

good show - lots of good recipes.   Check out www.foodnetwork.com and you
can look up the recipes for his show.   I've used plenty of them in the a
past.

I also like Low carb and loving it, as well as Rachel Rae.  They both tend
to stick to every day, easy meals that are health conscience to some extent.

I like Michael Chiarello. Yummmm-eeeee...

Rachel Ray has one of the most annoying voices I've ever heard and a
crooked mouth. ;\ I can't take her for more than a minute or two.

The new show Weighing In is quite good.

I like Weighing In too.  The other day I watched something with a
similar sort of feel on FitTV -- I forget the name -- something like
Fitness Cops.

I find Rachel Ray a bit annoying, but mostly because she seems to be
about 15 years old :-).
