can look up the recipes for his show. I've used plenty of them in the a
past.
I also like Low carb and loving it, as well as Rachel Rae. They both tend
to stick to every day, easy meals that are health conscience to some extent.

I like Michael Chiarello. Yummmm-eeeee...
Rachel Ray has one of the most annoying voices I've ever heard and a
crooked mouth. ;\ I can't take her for more than a minute or two.
The new show Weighing In is quite good.

I like Weighing In too. The other day I watched something with a
similar sort of feel on FitTV -- I forget the name -- something like
Fitness Cops.
I find Rachel Ray a bit annoying, but mostly because she seems to be
about 15 years old :-).
