Managed my first 5k race today (well, if I'm honest, my GPS thingy made it
4.6 k but i'm pretending I didn't notice that!). Time of 22'51" so quite
pleased!

Congratulations Rachael. Perhaps it's as well the weather wasn't
quite as hot as it's been recently. Where did you do the race?

Excellent! Contratulations. That's a very fast time? Did you place?
As for the GPS, if there were a lot of sharp turns, the GPS could be

Oh, good point about the GPS, could be that. No, it was a field of 2,500
and I think I was in the top 50.

Excellent! That's a great time -- I'm sure much faster than I'll ever
