I know we don't usually do this on the weekends but I did two bike rides
today and wanted to count them. I needed the extra exercise since I'll be
attending a family reunion tomorrow and won't have too much time for regular
exercise.
First one was 12 miles on the "Bike for the Health of It" program this
morning. We rode one of the hilly parks today.
Tonight I did another 12 miles on the country roads near home. I love one
section of this ride as it's about 1.5 miles of rolling hills. It's a good
thing I had my "Hill Slug" jersey on because that's exactly what I was on a
couple of them<g>
