I was wondering if there is a website like NutritionData that list the
glycemic loads of various foods.  My 83 yo grandmother was just
diagnosed with diabetes and I wanted to do some research for her.  I
think that some people on the ng have mentioned GL and GI and I thought
maybe one of you had pointers that might help out with this.

Thanks!

Go to the library and get Barry Sears Omega Zone Diet book. He discusses
glycemic load and foods that effect it.
