I think I'm on a roll today... Does Splenda boil well? I have a recipe for cold slice pickles and was thinking of subbing the sugar needed with Splenda. You have to boil the syrup that you pour over the pickles. I know it bakes well but not sure of boiling... Well, I've used it to make cranberry sauce (i.e., starting with fresh cranberries) and it has worked just fine. Chris 262/130s/130s started dieting July 2002, maintaining since June 2004 |
