Still Nuts

Before, I sometimes scooped almonds from a three pound bag by the
handful and the bag was empty in a week.

snack. But I have created a positive behavior to appreciate them more
and consume less.

I  count out about 12 raw almonds , then preheat the oven to 350. That
takes about ten minutes.  Next I roast the nuts on a cookie sheet with
no added oil or salt.  That takes nother ten minutes and  they have to

BTW: I just stumbled on Dr. Phil being interviewed on TV and saying the
majority of his audience is composed of solid people.  Wonder if he
referring to their size or their natures?
