I doubt that I eat more than two pounds of food a day as I simply have
an egg pancake style filled with some dry pressed cottage cheese for
breakfast, animal protein veg and salad and a veg for lunch. 2 helpings
of home incubated yogurt with a little honey at some point and a
serving or two of animal protein and 2 veggies or salad at the other
meal and some berries or occasionally dried figs as a snack or a few
ounces of nuts.
I am challenging eltroxin after all. The doctor says it's a good idea.I
take the smallest dose and have for 20 years.
Now that my weight has been stable for four years I'm cutting the
thyroid med to every other day under medical supervision.
Still working out and with a few pounds off have made the marriage of
fitness and proper weight bridge at last. Peace for poor Krista from
pesky complaints.
Staying at a decent weight really changes your life for the better if
you work along with it.
happy thanksgiving to all and sincere regrets that the Turkey Trotters
had to disband. the results would likely have been interesting. As we
old Dodger fans used to say "Wait til next year."

Good to hear from you Carol - I miss you around here.
Glad you've found a stable place weight and fitness-wise.
I don't think I should try the 2lb diet as I'd probably die of
starvation. I say this because the amount of vegetables I eat a day
probably adds up to around 1.5 lbs - I must try weighing them
sometime.

Happy Thanksgiving to you, too.
Glad to see you've been able to get the weight where you want it. Good
luck with cutting the medications.
