1)  Steering wheel seems so much further away.
2)  DH and I can fit in bathtub together AND add water.
3)  Having more energy for almost everything.
4)  Save money at grocery store and by not going out to eat much.
5)  Fitting in my chair at work alot more comfortably.... the chair arms
don't touch my hips.
6)  Airplane seats are roomier.
7)  Having clothes that are actually too big.
8)  Hubby can hug me AND his hands pass each other on my back.
9)  Being able to hold a drink (soda, coffee, etc) between my thighs when I
drive... there is room there now.
10)  Not getting tired walking from car to store/home/work.

Great thread.

1. No hypertension
2. No acid reflux
3. My feet do not hurt
4. Much less acne
5. Everyone asks me how I lost weight
6. I am much more agile, can do more pullups etc
7. I need to sleep less.

Minuses:

1. I have to spend 100 minutes per day walking.
2. Sitting on hard surfaces is more uncomfortable

The result of my belly becoming 1 inch thinner is as though my dick
became 1 inch longer. Easier to have advanced fun in bed.

Mine has also had to be put away as I came close to losing it a couple
of times.   Does that mean we're now free? LOL
(only joking, wouldn't give up my DH for the world)

I'm not free -- I became even more expensive. ;)  When I was down at the
jewelers getting a ring guard put into my ring (there are ones you can have
soldered in that don't hurt the ring, btw), I saw a beautiful platinum/diamond
ring that perfectly fit my new, svelter right-hand ring finger.
Well....um....after all that effort losing weight...well....
