Hello folks,

I just wanted to inquire about the ???/???/??? weight system I see people
posting.  What does the first, second, and third fields represent.  I feel
stupid asking, but really want to know.  If I were guessing I'd say the
first weight is what one started at and the second might be the current and
the third maybe goal.  Is this a correct assumption?

Please let me know so I can post with my correct numbers.

Sincerely,

Paul

Your assumption is correct.  Many add additional information to it but the
basic three numbers are just as you described.

Thanks so much Ignoramus..LOL,

I guess you have exceeded your goals?  That's great?  Keep up the good
work.  I'm just curious how you feel at your current weight?  I've been
overweight most of my adult life, even when I was in the military for seven
years I struggled with weight.  I don't know why but I have this feeling
that I'm going to reach my goal.  I'm just hoping that I eat the way I'm
eating now for life.

Anyway, thanks for the reply,

Paul

I am getting used to my current weight. I am pretty sure that I feel
better than when I was obese (like you, I have been OW for all my
adult life). But now it just feels okay.

I remember certain conditions that I had when I was fat that I no
longer have:

1. Heartburn
2. Hypertension
3. Acne
4. Very tired by end of day physically (I still do not sleep enough
though). Specifically I always needed to raise my feet up to give them
rest. Whereas now I walk 100 minutes per day and my feet feel great.
5. Feeling out of breath due to too much fat inside me. I had enough
aerobic capacity etc, but the fat inside was pushing my lungs, I figure.
6. Feleing heavy and disgusting (which I was)

It was the same with me, that feeling that it was going to work this
time.

Nice to 'see' you Ig ... and congrats - you seem to have really taken
control of your weight and lifestyle.
