I am brand new author.

Book #1 is titled "The Maulding Diet Plan."  Book #2 is titled "The
Theory of Mankind's Natural Food & Energy System."

"The Maulding Diet Plan," is a practical application from information
found in the second book, "The Theory of Mankind's Natural Food &
Energy System."

The base theory is as follows:

Every Human Being Has a "Built-In," Sophisticated, Preprogrammed and
Automated Food & Energy System

Mankind was designed with a very sophisticated "self -preservation"
system. Every human being possesses a natural food & energy system as
part of their "natural preservation system." This food & energy system
has been operating since the beginning of time, and we didn't even
know it. Modern man has come up with idea that we can manage our food
consumption with "will power." Modern man is wrong! There are times
when your body even forces you to eat and will draw on all your
adrenalin to make you eat.

This is the basis for the "Maulding Diet Plan."

What we are Eating is "Not What's" Making us Fat

It has just always been accepted that we should eat three meals
everyday and eat them so we can burn off the energy from those meals
as soon as they are digested. This way the food will not be directed
into body fat. This is what is wrong, is causing everyone to build up
unnecessary body fat and putting everyone in a situation where they
can't keep extra body fat off.

Man has altered the natural food & energy procedures and created a new
plan that makes us fight against our bodies to control body fat. Body
fat is designed to be an asset to man. Body fat is designed to be an
asset to man and if we recognize and use the intended procedure for
food consumption and energy usage, the purpose and management of body
fat is just a natural occurrence.

The "Way we Eat" and the "Way we Use Personal Energy" is Making us
Fat!

I will be providing a guide to utilize your natural food and energy
system for naturally controlling the amount of body fat you desire.
The best way to quickly describe the natural system of food & energy
management is; to "manage body fat", you need to produce it and use it
as your normal energy source, everyday.

This Book is a Guide to Using Your Natural Food & Energy System for
Normal Operations and Special Energy/Nutrient Needs

This diet plan was originally a chapter in the book; "The Theory of
Mankind's Natural Food & Energy System." "The Maulding Diet Plan",
"The Theory of Mankind's Natural Food & Energy System" and "Managing
Your Natural Food & Energy System" are the first books of the series,
"Can You See What I See?". The diet plan has worked so well for me
that I decided it deserved to be a stand alone product. I know that
millions of people are suffering, because of their body weight. I hope
my efforts can remove a source of pain.

If either of these books sound interesting, please feel free to
download a "free copy" of either book or both. I hope to hear from
you. The books can be found at http://www.mauldingpress.com. If I
would have known about this web site earlier, I would have built one
of my own. I hope I haven't made a fool of myself. I am not familiar
with Internet etiquette, please forgive me!

I was 12 years away from death in a previous life which I can't seem to
remember.

There's no need for "theories" or "pseudo-science" when we have "facts".
Fact;. people eat too much of the wrong kinds of foods and they don't get
off their lazy a.ses and exercise. I would have published that but it's not
much of a read.
