Basically, eating whatever you want but for only 2 hours per day.

Any comments about this diet from the good people at ASD?

I eat whatever I want and I only spend 1 hour doing it.

Two hours seems a bit long. I didn't read the article; does it suggest
eating just one time per day?

It's not for everyone.   I think the concept has some merit (I do kind
of a macro-cycle version of it, alternating days of undereating and
overeating).

If I recall, the 'feeding cycle' of the Warrior Diet is more like 4
hours (rather than 2 hours).

You can't eat whatever you want - that's an exaggeration of the
concept that it's 'when you eat' that's important more-so than 'what
you eat' - but it's a media sound-byte.  The WD does recommend certain
foods to be eaten, and an order in eating them, as well as foods to be
avoided (basically revolves around blood sugar/glycemic index, and
protein synthesis).

General thoughts:
- not for anyone with a medical condition

- can be dangerous if not done properly (ie. need to ensure proper
intake of micro & macro nutrients - no, you can't just eat chocolate
bars and chips for 4 hours and nothing the rest of the day.)

- works!   weight drop off like magic

- also health and longevity benefits (ref to work of Dr. Mark Mattson)

- more research required - but looks really promising
