Since Friday (today is Monday here) I seem to have steadily dropped a
bit every day, and I'm actually at my lowest weight now on this diet
this morning 109.2 kg = 240.2 lb - a total loss of 15.8 kg = 34.8 lb.
I'm very close to at least 3 milestones! :)

Well done.
Sometimes you just have to have faith in the first law of
thermodynamics. You were doing everything right so the weight had to
drop off sometime:)

Thanks. Me too. The scale showed a 0.2 kg uptick to 109.4 kg this
morning and yesterday I was unusually active. Well, at least that is
still 1.0 kg down since Friday...
