This ended up being another good week, despite that little mid-week scare
where my weight went up a bit and I felt "twinges of weakness".
The numbers say it all:
* Week 21 / Day 147
* Weight (lb): 275.0 -> 232.3 (minus 42.7 lb)
* Weight (kg): 125.0 -> 105.6 (minus 19.4 kg)
* BMI: 41.3 -> 34.9
* Percent body mass lost: 15.5%
* Percent complete to goal: 42%

I have to say I feel great. It's like a huge energy boom lately. Everybody
around me seems to be walking so SLOWLY! :)
