After two days of antibiotics, Allegra and plenty of sleep I feel like I'm
ready to join the human race again. I still don't feel like exercising and
want to save my energy for the last scheduled "Bike for the Health of It"
ride Saturday morning. The weatherman predicts a low of 33F Saturday
morning so it's going to be a little nippy out there. I need to drag out
the winter biking gear.

Glad you're feeling better Beverly. We've apparently had the warmest
October day for years this week - it's been up in the high 60s, which
is very unusual for the time of year. I hope it lasts a bit longer.
