After two days of antibiotics, Allegra and plenty of sleep I feel like I'm
ready to join the human race again.  I still don't feel like exercising and
want to save my energy for the last scheduled "Bike for the Health of It"
ride Saturday morning.  The weatherman predicts a low of 33F Saturday
morning so it's going to be a little nippy out there.  I need to drag out
the winter biking gear.

Breakfast (home);  2 poached eggs, whole wheat toast

Mid-morning (home);  FF yogurt and crushed pineapple

Lunch (home): SBD vegetable quiche.  I made these a couple weeks ago and
need to use them up before they get freezer burn.

Mid-afternoon (home);  1C grapes

Dinner (restaurant):  salad (lettuce, beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions,
broccoli, green peppers), 1T blue cheese dressing, 4 crackers, 4oz baked
cod, couple bites of fresh pineapple.

Evening (home):  Cranberry/almond snack bar

Glad you're feeling better Beverly.  We've apparently had the warmest
October day for years this week - it's been up in the high 60s, which
is very unusual for the time of year.  I hope it lasts a bit longer.
