Not a very busy day.  I spent that extra hour I gained with the time change
resetting all the clocks in the house and planted some daffodil bulbs I
purchases earlier this
week.  Hopefully they'll come up in the spring and not become food for the
squirrels or chipmunks.

Breakfast (home):  oatmeal, protein powder and ground flax seed

Snack (home):  grapes

Dinner (restaurant):  salad (lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers,
red kidney beans, mushrooms), 1T ranch dressing, 2T crab salad, 3 oz lean
steak, 1.5
cup of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and green beans, baked peaches with
raisins topped with 1/4 low fat ice cream.

Snack (home):  light string cheese stick

Total calories:   1094
Fat:  41g  33%
Carbs:  123g  41%
Protein:  66g  24%

On weekends I often end up eating just two meals a day.  Breakfast is much
later than usual and we go to dinner around 5:00pm.

Exercise:  Two miles on the treadmill alternating between walking at 3.2mph
and running at 5mph.  I spent 1/3 running and 2/3 walking.  Maybe someday
I'll reverse these two<g>

We had our time change this weekend, too, from summer time to GMT.  We
find that each year there seem to be more electronic devices, etc. in
the house that need changing than there were the time before.  We
always find at least one that has been forgotten!
