There isn't anyway you will lose 20 lbs a month working with a ball alone.
It takes cutting back on your food and getting regular exercise.

Please forget about this.  There is no such guarantee.  If you
see the infomercial again, watch for the fine print that says
results not typical.  That means there is no guarantee that you
will lose the weight.

You cannot lost 20 pounds in a month by any means that will not
wreck your health.

Spend the money on a pair of cross trainers, get your butt out
the door and start exercising.

I've lost 20 lbs in a month this year and my health is GREAT.  Actually,
I've lost 60 lbs in 3.5 months with my diet and exercise program.  My fat to
muscle loss ratio is 4-1 (per tanita).  My blood gets monitored monthly and
I see my doctor monthly as well.  It is true that I have a bit of less then
firm skin in places. However, due to the fact that I used to weigh 324, the
skin would always be saggy regardless of how fast or slow I lost the weight.
