a. What are the current dietary, nutrition recommendations with regard to

b. How do you reinforce dietary nutrition recommendations plateauing after
  some success?...

c. How do you get portioning right ?...

d. What are the logistics of reserving,
  storing partial packages and canned eats?...

e. How do you combine the two dietary nutrition recommendations for diabetes

Can you describe what is your situation and what is your objective?

(e.g. I have pre-diabetes and maybe stones in ... and am trying to
lose weight)

It appears that you are seeking medical advice for highly specialized
