I've lost a lot of weight last year (went from 260 to 195 pounds) and the
thing is I have a lot of loose fat and skin and I'm wondering how to get rid
of it. Anyone had that problem and solved it?

I'm thinking of buying a stationnary bike and doing that about 30 mins a day
to an hour, would it help me about losing all the fat on my body or iw would
just be good for the legs? My legs are fine actually. All my body is alright
'cept my upper arms, chest and belly.

I am only 36, AND I have had 4 babies over the last 13 years.  My skin
was all wrinkled up at first, but It's kind of shrinking.  Kind of the
way the body bounces back after having a baby all rolled up in there.
Yes, I have stretch marks.  They are my badges of honor.  But my skin is
less and less wrinkled all the time.

wow... thats a lot of weight loss there! congratulations!

May I ask whether you performed a stationary diet (no excercise) or did you
incorporate excercise into your diet plan? I heard that people who do
stationary diets just lose a lot of muscle and retain fat.

I would suggest weight's training. I am no expert btw. Gym work has always
done wonders for me. You have to sweat and get your heart pumping! cardio
work also works wonders.

Cheers,
Peter

I went to see a dietetist and just started eating better than I used too.
ex: No fast foods, no eating before going to bed etc..

I'll start cycling in the morning before work and then this winter I will
pick up snowboarding and find new things to do. I really don't want to go
into gyms, I hate it there. Also I'm only 23 years old so do I have a better
chance?

Well you are young, you have a great chance to burn off the fat. Do the
activities you enjoy doing. I wouldnt recommend going to the gym then if you
dont enjoy gyms. Its best to take up activities you like doing because
theres a greater chance youll stick to them.

I myself do rockclimbing, yoga, martial arts, and some gym work. I have
incorporated fasting into my lifestyle as that is a great way to purify the
body, detox, and bring it into balance again. I'm 34 btw. I would love to do
snowboarding but i live in Australia. I'd have to travel a fair way to get
to the snow fields. I'm going to take up surfing over the summer.

Hey just enjoy life, eat healthy and do some sports!

All the best,
Peter

The people who have been on TV recently had to have plastic surgery.
