At this time I'd like to say that I really am thankful for a lot of things
in my life, and there are some ASD things I am thankful for...
- The support of total strangers (some stranger than others) who really do
mean well and take time out of their busy lives to relate to others
- The occasional kick in the butt
- The recipes.
- The variety of exercise and workout tips
- The links to useful websites that people take the time to post
- The humor
- Lively debate
- The bizzare weirdos, trolls, and pissants who don't mean well and are
easily filtered out - if only for entertainment value and to help appreciate
the good things that much more
I hope everyone has a great day, and has a chance to relax and enjoy the
weekend.

Thanks, Jenn! Happy Thanksgiving to you, too, and to everyone here. Just
thinking...last year at this time I was 80 pounds heavier and ate a lot at
Thanksgiving. We're just about to sit down to dinner and I have absolutely
NO desire whatsoever to overeat. I'll just eat a normal meal and maybe have
a small piece of pie for dessert (a big thrill, since I haven't had anything
like that for a very, very long time).
This is a GREAT group of people. I'm thankful for your inspiring examples.
Hugs and wishes for a happy, fun day,
Cat

Very nice post, Jenn. I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving Day.
My sister and I were joined by a few of our kids and a couple of
granddaughters in our usual eat out and do some stocking stufer shopping
event. I then visited my ex daughter-in-law in the evening for my piece of
her great Texas sheet cake.
