It would have been so easy to brush off exercise tonight.  My normal 45
minute commute home turned into a very frustrating 1 1/2 hours due to a
section of the interstate being shut down for an accident.  But... I only
exercised two days last week and promised to get back on track this week so
I jumped on the treadmill for 30 minutes.  I had been exercising 3-4 days
for he past 5 weeks and didn't want to slip again this week.

Breakfast (work):  oatmeal, protein powder and ground flax seed

Lunch (work):  3 oz turkey breast on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato and
light mayo, 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese with 4 oz fresh pineapple and an
orange

Mid-afternoon (work):  mini microwave popcorn and diet Pepsi

Dinner (home):  2 slices Healthy Choice ham on whole wheat with mustard and
banana peppers, 1 cup Progresso Southwestern chicken vegetable soup and a
baked apple (made with ICBINB spray, cinnamon and Splenda)

Exercise:  30 minutes on treadmill 2/3 walking at 3.5 mph and 1/3 jogging at
5 mph

OK, I had to look up ICBINB but at least now you know that I read it!  ;-)
