Well, I finally took the time to catch up my food log. It's always
harder when I have complicated restaurant meals, even though I (of
course) just guesstimate quantities and ingredients. In general, I
spent the 4 days of the Thanksgiving weekend eating a lot and
exercising less than usual. We had a great time, though! (I feel
like I have gained a pound or two, but I'm sure I will lose it again.
Though I'm going off to visit my mom later this week, and I usually
eat more there than normal....)
Thursday: Went to the gym in the morning for a workout with Tom (our
ex-trainer, who was here in town for the holiday) and his fiancee's
father, who's about my age and inexperienced in weight training. This
was mostly about training him, really, but Tom and I did the exercises
too. In the afternoon DH and I went out for Thanksgiving dinner to
the country inn we've been frequenting lately
(www.poplarspringsinn.com).

In the afternoon we went with Tom and his fiancee Mary Jo to our

{Not bad, considering the last 3 days of the week. But I kept it
pretty low for the earlier part of the week.}

Sunday: Went for a five mile run in the morning. (This was my longest

out? Anyway, I was pleased to get a little exercise, given all the
