I need to get caught up again. Friday was our Thanksgiving it went real well.
Had lots of people (30) and lots of food at my home. I ate more than usual
but not a tremendous amount more. I tried to put small amount in my plate.
Someone suggested not letting your food touch. So I tried that, I did go back
for small amounts of seconds on my favorite things and then I had a piece of
pumpkin pie.
Saturday - I made turkey salad. We had a few left overs so we ate some of
those for a late lunch. We didnt eat supper because we had a party to go to
that night. It was our friend 30th wedding anniversary and their kids gave
them a very nice party with dancing, cocktails, and appetizers. I ate some of
the veggie tray,meatballs and they grilled little smokies with bacon on them
very good I ate 4 of those. The food wasnt a problem but I had 5 bacardi's.
That I'm sure wasnt good. Anyway it was a great party with great friend.
My in laws have had the flu. So sunday morning I woke up feeling yucky. I got
it now. I laid around all day sunday. Its in the muscles. I'm not sick to my
stomach at all. But I feel like someone has beat me. I ate turkey salad
sandwich for lunch and supper, with somekind of jello and pineapple salad
that was leftover friday. All the leftovers went out to my son's dogs today
to. Monday I start writing down and count calories and points again. 3 Days
off was to many.
Monday okay the flu has hit me good today. I went to bed sunday night at 10pm
and woke up at 9:30am. I never sleep past 7am I dont even sit an alarm
because I just wake up by 7. Usually when the sun starts coming up it wakes
me. I took a hot bath and dressed and was totally wore out, I made myself do
some laundray and feed my animals. But by 1:30 I was laying down freezing
under the electric blanket. I slept till 4:45. I fixed us some supper and
then layed on the sofa all evening. Went to bed at 10pm and this morning I
did get up a 7:30. I'm feeling a little better. I had planned on going to
curves yesterday but didnt make it. I going to take it easy today so maybe I
can get back to a routine tomorrow.
Monday Exercise - Sleep ( I dont think that counts)
Food
Breakfast - 2 cup milk
Lunch - ff turkey salad on lf wheat bread
snack - candy cane
Supper - 1 cup LF beef stroganoff, 1 cup green beans, 1/2 pineapple chunks
snack - bag of LF popcorn
Calories 1050 / ww pts 22 of the allowable 26
