Why reporting weight loss is spam??

Sorry i'm new here..
I keep seeing stuff about spam and reporting spammers so that peoples
websites get shut down.

Most of this stuff seems to attached to Herbalife emails.
This is a diet group - if people have lost weight on a product they
should be allowed to tell people about it and where they go it from.
Shouldn't they??

First of all, news groups were never intended to be used for commercial
purposes. Secondly, trying to peddle some fad diet pills that have
questionable results in a diet support group is cruel, deceitful and is
nothing but a scam to cheat desperate people out of their money.

Snake oil sales people will continue to be reported and closed down.

They are selling product so they are spamming.  don't you do it either.
