Not sure yet. According to my scale, none so far.

I didn't deny myself anything but I didn't overeat or binge either. That
alone is a HUGE accomplishment for me. I think I'll start writing down my
food for a week or two again just to get myself in check. I'm sending some
of the treats to work with dh tomorrow to get them out of the house. The
rest I'm just going to throw away.

I did go to the gym Christmas Eve day. I was incredibly busy, but I did make
it a priority.

Absolutely none. I am just completely ignoring temptation and preparing
alternatives. I will not go off my diet no matter what the occasion.

I'm glad to say I don't believe much damage was done over the past few days.
Christmas eve was an average day, Christmas day was probably a little over
my limit but not by much and today I was right back on the normal menu.

I made sure all the leftovers were sent home with the kids :)

None really.  I stuck to my plan regardless of any circumstances.  I was
able to sample some things I don't normally eat, keeping to the 1/4 cup rule
(no more than 1/4 cup of anything not meat or unencumbered veggies) in spite
of urgings to do otherwise by some members of the family. I won't be able to
get on a scale until tomorrow but I know I didn't gain anything.

I was dealing with some people who could absolutely NOT understand why I
wouldn't just eat whatever was there just because we're "on vacation."
Thing is, I ate what I wanted and nothing that I didn't want.  Fortunately,
or not really, I was able to use my esophagitis problems as a quick excuse
to stop having food foisted upon me at every turn.  Even my DH noticed how
bad it was this year with people (his mom, my stepmom) trying to get me to
eat too much.

I'm on a planned gym break but taking lots of walks and I also golfed an
exhausting 18 holes yesterday (walking).

None for me - I opted out of the traditional Christmas gluttony.  I made
the family some special dishes at Christmas, and I ate the food I usually
eat.  It felt good, as most people I spoke to were groaning about their
indigestion and carrying their tums around.  Usually, when they did in
past years I'd be saying, "Yeah, me TOO", but this year my response was,
"Sorry to hear that, hope you feel better soon."

Holiday damage...

up 4lbs during the month of December.   I think it was more the rush of
shopping and the 15hr days and relaying more on junk food and fast food that
did me in, not the holidays themselves.

But, this week I'm already down 1lb.

Net gain - 3lbs.
