Hi I am new to this so please bear with me. I just started my Richards
Simmons. All of the Lean Cuisine and WW used to print the food exchanges on
the box......not any more. Would any of you know where I could find these? I
really would like to find them just to have when I use one of there products.
My Deal A Meal tells me what windows to close but I have to know what I ate
exchange wise. I have to have 2 total knee replacements an my DR wants me to
get off as musc as I can between now and Sept. Don't mean to raddle on!!!!
You all have a great night.

I believe Lean Cuisine still lists the food exchange information on
their label.  See example from their website.

I didn't check the WW label but I imagine they might list it, too.
It's just in small print :)

Hi Bev! I read and read the containers but no food excange did I find. I went
to Lean Cuisine Website and you can down load all of their dinners. As for WW
I have a friend that goes there but she does the points and couldn't help me
out because she didn't have the food exchange bookltet. Boy me and all this
water are going to part friends pretty soon. I am NOT a water drinker so this
I think is more of a challenge then cutting back on foods.....Thanks for your
input......Regina

Lean Cuisine lists all of the exchanges on their website.  Weight Watchers
stopped doing that when they went to points.

Nunya B......I went to the Lean Cuisine Website and down loaded their food
exchange. As far as WW they don't put it on anymore since they started the
points. I guess they thought too many poeple were useing it to lose weight
without joining. Which makes it bad for people that really need to do the
food exchange for health reasons. I guess I will learn by trail and error.
Thanks for emailing me with your info........Regina
